Consent Form for the use of  Images

We will not use the images for anything other than the agreed purposes that consent was obtained for.

  • We will not use the personal details or full names( which means first name and surname) of any group member in a photographic image, on video/DVD , on our website, on social media, or in our printed publications.

  • We will not include personal addresses, emails, telephone numbers, fax numbers on video, on our website, on social media, or in our printed publications.

  • We may use group photographs or footage with general labels such as ' singing Christmas carols'

  • This consent can be withdrawn at any time by informing the committee in writing. We will do our best to emove images within 48 hours of receiving the withdrawal of consent notifications.

Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data (information) we hold about you, how we collect, how we use and may share information about you.   What personal data 

For the purpose of running Herne Bay Community Singer’s we the committee will ask for the following information: 

  • Name 

  • Contact details – at least one method of contact must be provided 

  • Emergency contact – encase you do not attend or anything happens during a group practice/event 

 

How we collect 

Through the use of a registration form we will collect your personal data and your consent to use this data in legitimate needs for running of the group.

How we use 

Personal data is used for the purpose of: 

  • Keeping a clear record of attendance and payment 

  • Updating you on group matters 

  • Sharing information of interest pertaining to members of the group 

 

How we share 

Your personal details will not be shared outside of the group, it will be stored and used for the use of the group committee and volunteers supporting to run the group only. The only exception to this would be if there are legitimate concerns raised for the individual’s welfare when it might be pertinent to inform relevant authorities.
